These tiers are great for anyone that wants to take the administrative red tape out of getting help.  Pay monthly and just show up to your sessions.  At the beginning of each month, all sessions should get scheduled immediately to avoid scheduling confusion.

The Tune Up - $250/month

Best for lifters who want consistent recovery and maintenance without a weekly commitment.

​

What’s Included:

  • Two 60‑minute sessions per month

  • Targeted acupuncture or bodywork

  • Movement screen + corrective drills

  • Priority booking

  • Progress tracking over time

The Maintenance Program - $500/month

Best for members who want to fix issues, build strength, and train smarter.

What’s Included:

  • One integrated session per week

  • Manual therapy + acupuncture (as needed)

  • Strength coaching for weak links

  • Personalized micro‑program (3–5 exercises)

  • Optional spotting

  • Priority scheduling

The Recovery Program - $1000/month

Best for hardcore lifters, competitors, and high‑achievers who want full-body management.

 

What’s Included:

  • One 75–90 minute session per week

  • Four additional “as needed” appointments for:

    • Strength coaching

    • Acupuncture

    • Bodywork

  • Full movement screen + monthly reassessment

  • Customized training plan

  • Unlimited form‑check texts

  • Priority booking + same‑day emergency sessions (when possible)
